Admittedly, talking about a seminary's doctrinal stance is a little insider baseball. But I share this because it perfectly captures the paths laid out for faithful Christians in our culture when it comes to marriage and sexuality.
Fuller Seminary was founded by several well-known evangelicals to be a training ground for solid Christian leaders in the ministry. However, within a few decades the seminary had already abandoned the doctrine of inerrancy. And when you do that, it isn't long before you begin to fall on other important doctrines and beliefs. That's how you end up with recognizing other "faithful ways" to understand marriage and sexuality, outside of a one man, one woman covenant union before God.
Let's do everything we can to not chase cultural relevance and acceptance at the expense of clear scriptural truth.
