Free Commentary Resources

One of the things that many Christians find helpful are trustworthy commentaries on the Bible that they can consult as they read through the scripture.

For years you had to have hard copies of a commentary to be able to access the material. But now, there are a good number of commentaries online that you can use alongside your scripture reading. I wanted to post a couple you can use.

I've used Dr. Constable's notes on and off for years and have found them very helpful, especially for getting into the background and historical setting of a book.

The Gospel Coalition has somewhat recently made commentaries for the entire Bible available online as well. I look forward to checking these out more and using them myself.
