Jason Boling

Elder
Jason has served our church in for over two decades as a pastor and elder. He leads our Sunday morning adult Bible study and serves in various others ministries in our church. Jason is married to Kara and enjoys USC football.

Matt Davis

Senior Pastor/Elder
Matt has been pastor of GBC since 2016. He is married to Casey and has 6 children. He also leads our college-age fellowship and Bible study. Click here to learn more about our senior pastor.

Nate Larnard

Elder
After pastoring in the Northeast, the Lord brought the Larnards to Greenwood and our church. Nate leads various ministries here and is married to Michelle with two daughters. He loves working on DIY projects and spending time with friends and family.

Administration and Ministries

Kara Boling

Church Administrator & Children's Ministry Coordinator
Kara has served GBC since 2004 and is our church administrator and coordinator of our women's and children's ministries. Kara is married to Jason and loves to watch classic movies.

Ben Hernandez

Pastoral Assistant; Music
Ben is our pastoral resident, working closely with our pastor on ministry training. He also leads our music and helps with our youth. Ben is married to Sophia and has one son. He is really into LSU and the Saints.

Hayley Eklund

Office Assistant
Hayley works on staff as our office assistant. She also loves discipling our teen girls and serving on our music team. She is married to Tanner and has one son a son and a daughter.

Tanner Eklund

Youth
Tanner came to GBC through our college ministry and now helps lead our youth and Young Pros. Tanner is married to Hayley and has one son (with a daughter on the way) and he closely follows USC sports.

The Cohort

Men's Fellowship
Our Cohort leaders love serving the men of our church as they encourage them in godly masculinity, brotherhood, and fellowship.

The Well

Women's Fellowship
These ladies lead our women's fellowship group. They all have a heart to invest in the ladies of our church and to encourage them in their spiritual growth and walk with the Lord.

Woody & Patty Stanley

SALT
Woody served as a pastor for a number of years before retiring & moving to Greenwood. He and Patty help coordinate our senior's SALT group.

Music Team

Ben, Hayley, Casey, Nadine, Ellie Kate, Daniel, and Don
Our music team serves us well by turning the focus of our hearts to Christ each week through vocals, piano, guitar, clarinet, and cajon.  They strive to bring glory to God through our weekly worship!

Deacons

David Feece

Deacon for Property Care
David serves our congregation as a deacon by overseeing our Property Care Team. He is married to Brenda (who leads our local crisis pregnancy center) and has nine grandchildren.

Don Ryerson

Deacon for Widows
Don serves our widows well as a deacon and is also on our music team rotation for our Sunday morning gatherings. He is married to Rosa and enjoys playing with his granddaughter.
