James 3:13-18-Two Types of Wisdom-September 08, 2024am

Today’s teaching is on wisdom. Pastor Matt shows us wisdom is intellect and behavior. Wisdom can be from above, or wisdom can be worldly from below. God’s wisdom is revealed to those who are converted and fear The Lord. Those who search through God’s word and pray for wisdom, and those who yield to Christ. Fearing The Lord is the realization that we are accountable to The Lord for all we do and say. True wisdom reflects the mind and virtue of Christ.

Living Faith is

*Real; 1:2-2:27 it’s tested, holy, compassionate and visible

*Humble; 3:1-5:6 it’s self aware, selfless, submissive and sympathetic

*Expectant; 5:7-5:20 it’s persevering and praying.
